Kevin Schnell joined Addison Capital Investors in June of 2023 and has over 12 years of real estate investment experience in the Multi-Family/Mixed-Use asset classes. Before joining Addison Capital, Kevin worked for a Chicago-based multi-family owner/operator where he was the Head of Acquisitions and Dispositions. While there, he oversaw the acquisition/disposition of over $250M in multi-family/mixed-use assets in over 150 separate transactions as part of one of the most active investment teams in the Downtown Chicago multi-family space. 

Kevin is responsible for sourcing new market-rate apartment investments, identifying new markets, underwriting, and due diligence as well as assisting asset management in meeting proforma targets on a go-forward basis. 

Kevin received his BS in Finance from Miami University.
