CFO
Stacy grew up in the suburbs of Detroit and is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she received a BBA with a concentration in Finance & Accounting. Stacy is a Registered Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois. She started her career working in the Transaction Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) where she advised private equity clients on potential transactions. Following her time at PwC, she was a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s (“FTI”) Corporate Finance Practice where she had the opportunity to work on several high-profile restructuring cases in the real estate sector, most notably on the restructuring of GGP, the largest turnaround of a real estate investment trust (“REIT”) in US history at the time. Eric and Stacy worked together at FTI and, in 2012, he convinced her to join ACI in a part-time capacity. Within two short years, that part-time role turned full time and she was promoted to CFO. Stacy is primarily responsible for financial strategy, planning, reporting, and investor relations for ACI. She is also intimately involved in the capital structuring for all ACI investments. When she's not at work, she can be found on the sidelines of a sporting event proudly cheering on her two daughters. Stacy also has a passion for traveling and loves to explore new places with her family.
