Addison Capital Investors (“ACI”) is a real estate investment firm headquartered in Chicago, IL focused on repositioning underutilized multi-family and mixed-use assets. We utilize a data-driven approach to identify opportunities often overlooked and undervalued by institutional firms due to market size, age and property size and financing complexities. 



Our target investment size is between 50-300 units in both urban and suburban markets. In addition to traditional multi-family acquisitions, we have extensive experience in condo-deconversions and are uniquely positioned to execute on those complex opportunities.
